I didn't quite know what was it about but basically I was doing this kind of training this week:
e.g. on shoulder day I would do 3 exercises, 3 sets each and between I would do jump squats or lunges...

hm

The problem is that when i do lower reps i gain muscle on top of the fat - look bigger! It seems that I am gaining muscle very easily and losing fat much slower.
By full body you mean e.g. on days...

Hello everyone! I used to be a vegetarian for 5 years, then switched to meat for a couple of years, now went back to no meat but fish and seafood. No or hardly no milk but eggs.
