Well said, food not shakes will give you better results. I saw big difference eating food and only drinking protein shake post workout. Good luck!

Pull-ups or chin-ups? Wide Grip, V-Bar...etc

Some people confuse chin-ups for pull-ups. I can only do 4 wide grip over hand pull-ups but can crank out 8 more with a spotter. Palms facing up close together and using biceps, can do about 10-12...
