does it hurt when you clinch your fist or when...
does it hurt when you clinch your fist or when you squeeze something?becauase mine does. it hurts worse then than when i do curls and lateral raises. ironically, it does not hurt when i do triceps.

Dude, I'm experiencing the same pain, in the same arm, and in the same spot. Mine has been bothering me for two months. Like you I continue to work through it, but it hurts event when I lift books...
