mix it with water at gym then just drink some...
mix it with water at gym then just drink some milk when you get home. Whey= directly after work (fast absorb) Milk=casien (slow absorbed) can wait... your just wasting protein taking too much at one...

Honestly the food looks really tasty.... one of the downfalls to a "chinese-style" dish is a HUGE amount of sodium if you are calculating everything in your "input"...if you every look at the amount...
