should i really take a week off???

I have been training now for about 10 weeks...my progress has been awesome. I just dont think i can live with myself and not go to the gym for a week. Is it really nessacary to take a week off?

What to eat..

I cant believe this...

I just got done working out, i went home shortly after a had a wieght gainer shake. However i did drink it faster than normal, i threw up about 15 minutes after. Should i have another one? or should...

Smaller muscle groups..

There are 2 small muscle groups that are really lagging..my traps and my calves..do u think i coupld get away with working them 2 times a week?

Metabolism..

I am 17 years old and was wondering if metabolism has anything to do with gaining wieght..in my eyes, if you eat more calories that you burn..you will gain wieght. Am i correct?
