NPC does have tested shows. Look for in the title natural or tested. But your better off in a OCB or INBF show where they are more strict on testing every show and are more for natural guys.

very good overall mass and balance. How many weeks out will really determine how well you will do. I would suggest hiring layne norton to do your diet. This will be hard work but it will pay off.
