I would definetly use the one at the gym provided the set it up on a regualar basis. But either way pick one and use it. It dont really matter if its off by 2 or 3 pounds as long as you stick to one...

Yeah definetly start when you wake up. DO it exactly the same as you did before. Just bump the time ahead or back....(depends how you look at it) But all the times should work out the same.
