Yeah a cup of coffee before your workout will work. Most supps you buy will have caffene in them, so that would be a great cheap subsutute. Don't know much about taking asprin before your workout...

Supplements are called that for a reason that they are 'supplement' to your diet and exersise. First of all as you said you need to do a full body workout not just bis. but also eat 5-6 large meals...
