I use the Norelco Body Groomer. It works pretty well. I shave my back. I hate a hairy back. It tends to itch a lot. Also the trimmer is good to trim chest hair and such.

Cold turkey is the best way to go. A buddy of mine dipped during high school. Not only its a nasty habit, when my friend was about 17, he started to get a couple of white spots on his gums. Good Luck!
