advice on arms...
I need some advice, I am lifting pretty heavy these days and my arms are getting big..I still need to lose BF which is happeneing but my arms are so muscular...should I not do bicep work?

Best way to measure body fat?
What way is the best to measure body fat? I have never done this and someone told me that calipers are not accurate?
I am struggling with losing fat and even though I now I have dropped inches...
