lately i've been having trouble getting my chest up to par. as of now my routine is this

ok to be more specific how often should i do like drop sets at the end of an exercise or how many and how often should i do negatives after a set? i usually do drop sets on bicep days and negatives...

is it better to have an exact routine that you do for like say 2 months then swicth to another routine or do an alnerante routine like where you do one workout this week another next week then repeat?

if i were you i start by shocking my muscles into growth. its gonna hurt but you need to freak your muscles into doing something. by this i mean trying some good ol' shock methods such as negatives...
