Remember, you do not have to be sore to get ALL the benefits of working out! Some of my "heavy" days, I feel nothing...then a volume day comes along and WHAM! Sore for a few days...go figure ;)

Yes, overall, you should be okay. Just about every natural federation does a urinalysis, which is checked for the testosterone/estrogen ratio...anything less than a 6:1 ratio is considered clean.
