Hi

You can force more stress on the peak by really contracting hard at the top.
For this u can utilize these exercises.

Spider curls to stress the lower portion of the bicep and the tension stays...

Or u can knowingly curve the path near the knee just a tad...

havin the chest out wont help u get the weight up though. it will just help keep the natural arch. Basically u gotta keep ur shoulders back and ur rhomboids tight which will cause the big chest...

its true Deadlifts take alot out of u but still its easier to deadlift than do bent over row. thats why i put it down the line. Plus it builds more thickness due to pre-fatiguing with the above two...

Keep tight refers mostly to the core tension. Because if u keep ur core loose u wont be able to handle the weight and that in turn wud lead to injuries.

Always helpful in heavy compound lifts.
