I really like Canarias Serena. In my humble opinion, its one of the best out there, but I am partial to yerbas that mix in other dried herbs and roots. This one tastes good and is strong....

Don't stress yourself out worrying about it -if you are that worried about it just don't drink it. There is much more research out there that says Yerba is chemopreventive.

What kind of yerba were you drinking? I used to like Cruz de Malta, and I still think it is a good yerba, but it doesnt do a thing for me anymore. I like the stronger stuff now.
