going to check it out. thanks. i usually stretch only after workout though, once the muscle are done working hard and are warmed up. i refused to do cold muscle stretches sense they can be dangerous.

Flexibility in Legs

I was looking for good stretches that would help increase the flexibility in my legs, so that i can do splits forward and side ways, without pulling or straining the muscle too much to cause injury.

Constipation

With my new diet I am eating and drinking a lot of dairy, and I now seem to get really constipated and unable to have a movement. I eat 20 grams of fiber a day and that still does not work very well....
