i was in the canadian army and doiing push ups...

i was in the canadian army and doiing push ups wasn't enought so we spice it up by doing them up side down [hand stand] against a wall, still after over 20 years i like to perform them twice a week 3...

your weekly split looks good but if you do it for more than 4 weeks you will over train and it a plateau! find an other split with less reps per body part and alternated the two split every month...

biceps-
3 sets of 12 barbell curls
3 sets of 10 incline dumbell curl
3 sets of 8 standing alternate dumbell curl
1 sets of barbell curls very fast with around 30 pounds just to bring blood in...

i say keep on switching slow fast explosive every workout

you have to make your muscle guessing all the time so they don't adapt ex:
week 1 biceps curls go heavy/slow on last sets but do one drop set with it very fast with medium weight to bright blood too...

try to do as many hands together push ups like old day's it work
do push up every day AS MANY U CAN
maybe do some push ups ups side down too with feet on a wall for balance (army trick)

my forearms are 16" at 5'9" 172 pounds you're more like 200 pounds and forearms only at 17" there's a difference between bodybuilding and training to be strong u know!
