Yeah id say defo do not buy again anytime soon. Your body has got used to it so the effects will not be as apparent. If you really want, you could buy cheaper alternatives to it. Like white flood etc...

I wouldnt do shoulders and legs the same workout/day. Legs should have own day.. possibly with a minor muscle group.
Shoulders should really be done with traps... your choice though..
