No doubt Kai is a hard worker as well. Perhaps a little stupid though if he squats to the point where he ruptures his eyes. Sure that's hardcore but its a serious medical problem

Is it just me- or is Dexter just LAZY. I remember when he won at the Arnold a few years back and talked about how he only dieted for 4 weeks, trains like 45 mins a day, doesn't practice posing, etc....
