Yea, you definately want to eat more. Try eating every 2-3 hours with your last meal about 3 hours before you go to bed. You want to take in more protein and complex carbs (veggies & whole wheats),...

So yesterday was another good day. I had an amazing leg workout. Definately sweat my ass off!!:) I also did 45 minutes of cardio (treadmill & stairstepper). I thought I would be pretty sore...
