you have a point. but if you were 6'1 at 160 lbs gaining fat at 3k calories. you have a thyroid problem or arent hitting the gym hard enough IMO eh... not to mention the age of 20..

go check out alan aragon's thread on pre/post workout nutrition. he too also says pre workout nutrition is even more important. if your cutting just cut out carbs at other times of days to accomodate...
