Tough call but....

Universal/Animal, Gaspari, ON, NOW and XF are all solid. Picking just one is pretty much impossible since each one has product(s) that I feel work great for me.

Wrong section, but...

I would go with ON 100% Casein. Low fat, low carb. Excellent way to end the day! I use the Chocolate Supreme, and I love the taste and thickness. It tastes like chocolate cake batter to me.

It's good stuff. The profile isn't the best out there, but the taste easily makes up for it. I love the fact that's it's thick, too. Heck, it's a protein shake, so it's supposed to be thick!
