The Plyometrics DVD was really the only hard...

The Plyometrics DVD was really the only hard workout for me but after a month it got really easy and i had to add some of my own cardio to it.
If you already push yourself hard enough now then dont...

Ok im lost... I have had great progress in the past and never really had any problems. Even was down to 12% bodyfat at one point. Got a little crazy and had a little too much fun and put on about 5%...
