if I were a coach I would also use the generals models of technique first, but not everyone will follow that forever, I'm not saying there's anything special about pulling with bent arms or twisting...

it worked for me on snatches today, didn't get pr but the pull under in the bottom position was suprisingly smooth, I agree there might be some tradeoff but for some I think it is worth it

that isn't so easy to do as to just think about it, I know I can't all the time, OP stretch hips and hamstrings, use a foam roller or tennis ball on tight areas too
