thanks alot...yea i feel great right now, alot better in this past show that i did in April... i want to start competing in the all natural shows, feels like it would be more fair game.

hey john im 2 weeks out from competing here at the Europa, any advice with a diet change or anything...should i be playing with the carbs any around this time? been low carbing for a couple of weeks...

i use optimum 100% whey, always used it and dont plan on using anything else until contest time to which i switch to either VPX zerocarb or isopure, which both are great to me.
