They say it's differnet for every person, but if you do sets of 10 and 3-4 sets per exercise, you will be near the optimum rep range for hypertrophy.

You look more muscular without a shirt because you have low bf... so less fat means less volume, so you don't fill out the shirt as much. So get more fat or get more muscle or both if you want to...

Honestly, I haven't seen anybodyin my gym who is big or strong using straps. The only people I see using straps are skinny dudes usually.

doing rippetoes i spent like 30-50 mins per workout. Now I am doing a 5day split, n I am spending 1-1.5 hours per workout. More volume means longer time in the gym, how is that hard to understand?
