good question. As said a lot of people dont do abs at all. its all in the low body fat and secondly most exersizes work the abs as well.

I like nice thick protruding abs so i train them 80...

Well i personally do not value these programs much. Hard gym work and diet is a must. I do think you will have to work out more than twice a week though.
