My girl Sadie

She is 12 and I make her food: brown rice, kidney beans, hamburger and garlic. She loves her food and has tons of energy.

I am starting to see a rip in the middle of my ribs, but that is as far as it goes. I suspect when I loose the 15lbs. I will see what is really going on.

For some reason I didn't think about soy, except for soy drink which has a ton of carbs..so I will get some burger substitutes and I did buy some (ugh) broccoli today..very anxious to get started...

I am down to 16% bodyfat with lean mass of 148. I currently weigh 178 and so I can loose another 15lbs. or so to put me at somewhere near 10%. School is out so I have been doing 30mins. cardio and...
