Your Breakfast needs a tweak
In my opinion, I would change your whole breakfast, there is too much sugar and the cheerios and fiber bar have very high glycemic index.After that all in all is not bad but could use a bit more fat.

If you have been training with a bad diet and then switch to a very clean diet nutrient dense and calorie light then yes you can make that kind of progress if you don't have a a lot of weight to lose...
