I recommend changing the routine too. How ever just changing the exercise will not help much. Go for changes like dropsets, supersets, x - sets etc. This will have a real hit on the muscles.

I went and saw the doctor. He said I have a minor knee issue which is known as Jogger desease ( I think I got it right). Told me to stop joggin and gave some pills for 2 weeks and said it will be ok
