Good question,,,,why DID you stop after 3 weeks? That's not long enough to see any results. Whatever program you do start you should stick with it until you're not getting any more...

Please don't assume it's nothing serious. The shoulder is quite complicated. You need to get it examined. If you're having range of motion issues it could be your rotator cuff - get it checked out...

I injured my back some years ago and fully understand the pain and agony of your problem. Stretching excercises really helped alot. I had to give up deadlifts and regular squats for almost a year...
