If u wanna increase your bodyweight you must incraese carbs and stay at 13% of fats, no more. protein intake is too high, 2gr of proteins per kg (1lb=0,45 kg) of body weight

i'd add lat pull down 3x12 after pull ups and 1 arms dumbbell row 4x12, which are basic and important exercises to add mass to the back

in my opinion you can do both in the meantime....

in my opinion you can do both in the meantime. you can "clean" yr diet by choosing appropriate foods and timining for eating them and slowly reduce calories of yr daily diet. in this way you cut fat...
