Agree with Bosedes906 post, you might be afraid that missing days in the gym you wont put on any more muscle. The reality you put the muscle on outside of the gym in your recovery.

I am the same, I love bulking because you can pretty much just eat when you want and justify it to yourself 'oh im bulkin' but getting cut is the hardest bit, just pure discipline I get.

I am the same, neglected these core moves for years and still looked ok. If you are serious though I think they should be a staple but you must invest the time in learning to do them correctly.

What about cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. If you have the time available to split them like that it would be better.
