Also do some rack deads,hypers,stiff legged deadlifts,good mornings not all of these but some to build up those lower erectors.

Bondons why so low rep on your calves? I guess everybody is different but I have always thought very high rep and very high volume work best for calves. Are you trying to ease into that or something?

Well you can do glute ham raises off of your coach or something and if you have anything with a handle a space and another handle you can do chest dips. Use stuff around your house get creative!
