It seems difficult for a lot of people to follow such a strict diet. Thank you for updating though! The mito loggers were dropping like flies, lol! I fell off the wagon too, but continued to update....

I got a sample of the vanilla and it was NASTY. Gritty and chalky tasting. I think I mixed it with water though. Maybe it would be better with milk.
