its good to change your routine up every now and then keep your body guessing.. if u want to build size and mass go for heavier sets

try upping the calorie intake even more but obviously not to the extent that u start gaining unwanted fat.. lots of carbs and proteins as well

right now your exercising it everyday that consists of 4 sets maybe just cut it down to 2-3 sets and not going over 20mins wen training them

Well i think that u should work ur chest and shoulders.. doing presses, incline decline for the chest using dumbbells.. overhead presses, side lateral raises for shoulders are a good way to give mass...

Well full body speaks for itself, training all the muscle groups in your workout.. i dont recommend that you do it everyday tho u need to rest and allow time for recovery id say 2 times a week...

you may be using one side more then the other for example when pushing your balance may be off..
try what the above comment said dumbbell pushes should get your balancing evened out.

I suggest cardio with your workouts it wont effect your muscles.. running on the treadmill before or after your workouts for bout 30-45mins should do the trick, in doing continuous exercise you...

i recommend u rest it for a couple of days.. if u push on u may cause further injuries, in turn you'l be out for even longer.

what your doing is right if u move your back and start swinging etc your going to involve other muscle groups and take some of the emphasis off your biceps.. try isolated movements like preacher...
