Push Pull

I've found that the push pull method works best for me and then doing leggs on a seperate day all together. By splitting up my workout this way, I find that I don't double train the same body part...

3-1 split

I'm just finishing up a split that I read about which is a 3 days on one off.
Day 1 - Back and biceps
Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Off
Repeat.
