Went to the gym after work...rode the cycle doing intervals for 30 min....then I had a spark! Why not do a couple of muscles every day?! So today was triceps and calfs.

OK....yesterday got in my 30 min on the dreadmill 10% at 3.5mph.

planning on going everyday this week we get a bounus points if we go to gym 4 days instead of 3.

Did get in a couple of cardio...
