Gainmass: no water just need a bit more conditioning, I neglected my legs for a long time and trying to bring them back. I took 7 years off from competing '98-'05, so I'm still on the comeback trail.

It was the conditioning for sure, i injured my knee 2 months out and tried to work around it. It was an NPC show Midwest Ironman. But I learned alot and will be more prepared for my next show in May.
