I get 280g in a day. Do I think I need it all? No, but I'm also getting 475g of carbs and 180g of fats. If you need to get calories in, its gotta come from somewhere.

That sucks man. Just keep your calories around where they should be and whatever you lose will come back fast with a little hard training when you are able to do it. Good luck.

Strength went up a lot during this cycle. My first week on the bench I hit 250x7 for my final set, and by the end up the month I did 260x7, so a gain of 10 lbs. Not too bad...

And you will be fine taking it in the morning before your cardio.

I do drag curls all the time, but they're done palms down. They really hit the lower bi's where they meet the elbow. Keep pulling the bar in and up at the same time, you will feel it....
