Ok so theres this supplemnt I tried out called melatonin, 3 grams from gnc, it helped me sleep without waking up, maybe I can take this all the time, it makes me sleepy so I'll get more rest, thus...

The best protein I have tasted is MRI pro NOS, nothing added but water, keep in mind I havent had much diffrent protein manufactures.

yeah I bought pure L Glutamine powder, had to take with spoon and water it was gross, and I felt no recovry out of it, it was 5 grams per serving, I think its more mental.
