Lightbulb question

I have been weight-lifting for about 10 weeks now. All of my compound movements have gone up in the amount of weight I can lift. Also people can see changes in how I look with muscle mass increase....

as far as knowing how things working the weight room, I keep my form prefect mostly a 3 to 4 second count down and a 1-2 second count up.
