I think the extent of the full effect would be about half (boners would not be triggered so easily and maybe not be quite as hard) and the effect would fade sooner (probably about a day or less).

It works really fast for me. I notice the effects within about 30 minutes of taking it. But it wears off within about a day and half (like Cialis's 36 hours) so the label says to take it every day...
