you should cycle off for 1-2 wks.
but it's hard to train without it.
i've gone through 4-5 cans.
try animal pump and stack it with mstak - i am on my first cycle of it now.

Pretty Good Stuff
This is some pretty good stuff, I used like 3-4 cans already, the pump is excellent, but I recently switched to ANimal Pump to give it a go!
