I actually hooked up with one of the 5am guys at the gym. It just worked out that we were bother there at the same time on the same days. :) I love it!!

My training partner and I are going to be doing this for about another 5...

Today I strapped on a weighted belt with an additional 10# plate and was able to do 2 sets of 4 :) Not too bad.
