There is ALWAYS something you can do. You need to create a caloric deficit and preserve the muscle that you do have. When you get it right your body will use fat stores for energy and keep the muscle.

I think I read that HIIT does help a lot to increase endurance as well before someone chimes in that you need to do LISS or run marathons to increase endurance for cardio.
