On db bench i have been doing 5lbs each time i do it which is every 3rd week and cuz i do 2 week barbell 1 week dumbbell.. I usually put on 5 pounds like every 2 workouts or so.. my chest is weaker...

Looks like you got a good workout going... maybe you need more volume or maybe really focus on the exercise... lower the weight and really focus on the squeeze and pump at the peak of the rep.. hope...
