I drink enough, but I also have to monitor my sodium intake, because I tend to not get enough salt which makes me feel horrible and perform even worse.

Check your hipflexors, if they are tight, you will not be able to squat deep with good form. Same goes for the upperback (if it's tight, you'll start rounding, which makes depth hard and dangerous)....
