hey
i got a bottle of liquid clen with a dropper...how much mcg in one dropper???
im familiar with whole piramid system just need some help with the measure.
the bottle itself contains 100 mcg...

i did a month and a half of it 2 yrs ago..it makes u retain water, your face gets bloated and you builk up..you look hot and got good genetics, dont f@ck it up by doing steroids!

Thanks guys..i know cardio in the morning is good..but by the time i wake up and get dressed to go outside----im so hungry and have no energy @ all...just cant make it if i dont eat.. :(

Ok so... if you on the regular 40/40/20 diet ( or whatever the numbers are) its recomended to do cardio after lifting cause your body is free of carbs and you burn str8 fat. But we doing keto...

I eat skirt steak marinated in wasabi marinade ( oranje juice and wasabi) almost every day..since i work in the restaurant and thats on of my fav things to eat there..doesnt throw me out of ketosis....
