Yeah man 12 sets of ANY lift is WAY too much, do less sets and more weight... other then that the rest is decent, not very effective but not ridiculous like the 12 sets of bench and squats...

Oh, lol I had that problem when i was shifting work out days every week, so i just lifted mon weds fri heavy and rested weekends... Best of luck to both of you guys.

well I'm not sure that doing 3 sets of 12 for every lift is a good idea, i personally do 5 sets of 5 for core lifts, and 3 sets of 10-6 of the majority of other lifts. and pretty much go heavy every...
