so basically, u think i should load up on it for the first 5 days with about 20 grams then around 5 grams every day after that? i was hearing some ppl only take it on days they work out?

im still kind of unsure about EXACTLY how it works and what the best cycles and times to take it are and what kind of stuff i should eat while on it, im trying to get lean muscle not bulk up to much...

i was thinking like instead of doing a arm day, id split it up intro tri's in the morning and then bi's at night. you still think thats over doing it?

what kind of sups are best for my situation? i rly dont want to put on to many pounds with muscle at the moment but still looking for some lean muscle.

i was thinking maybe something 5 days a week for when im at work i usually use my gym around it. do you think doing something like twice a day would be overkill?? iv been lifting for about two years...
